SOLUBLE CUTTING OILS Soluble fluids are used in operations such as drilling, grinding, planing, milling, sawing and turning on a wide variety of metals in high speed machines, where the primary requirement is cooling. By increasing the oil-to-water ratio, the degree of lubricity can be increased, improving tool life and surface finish. All our products contain a bactericide that increases the life of the oil bath and also maintains the pH so that the solution doesnot turn acidic, hence preventing the solution from inducing rusting. This bactericide is anti-fungal as well as antibacterial and doesnot cause skin irritation or odors. Rust-X cutting oils out-perform the competition in four different categories: cutting efficiency (tap and drill test); in-use temperature and power requirements; fewest nicks and wearability on tools; rust prevention after machining and cutting the cleanest threads.
